VIP Membership VIP Membership Auto-Renew Official Terms and Conditions

All VIP Memberships auto-renew according to their respective Time Period (TP) (monthly, quarterly, annually, etc.).

On the anniversary date of each TP, a credit card payment will be processed. This payment will provide the member with the benefits of the membership for the remainder of the TP. If the member cancels their membership, they will continue to enjoy their membership benefits until the TP for which they have paid is expired. Once a payment is made, the payment cannot be cancelled. But the membership benefits will be provided for the customer for the remainder of the TP.

A credit card is required. Should a credit card be declined, the member will be notified by email or by phone by a Customer Success representative. If the payment method is not updated within 10 business days of notification, auto-renew will be de-activated and re-enrollment will be required.

Benefits to VIP members that are provided by third-parties are governed by the terms and conditions of the third party. gift cards are governed by the Gift Card Terms and Conditions. reserves the right to modify membership dues and benefits at any time.
