FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  1. When will my order ship? Once you’ve placed your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email the moment it begins processing. Most orders received before noon Pacific Time will ship within 1 - 3 weekdays, and you’ll receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number.
  2. Do you ship internationally? Gear.com does not currently ship internationally, only to the contiguous US. Please see the Shipping page for more details.
  3. How can I return or exchange my order? We have a 30-day return policy. You may go to “Your Orders” under your Account link at the top of the page. See the Returns/Exchanges page for more details.
