With the Dial Fit system, each helmet can precisely mold to your head for ultra-comfort. Every decision made in their "human-centered" design process is meant to improve the lives not only of their customers but also the lives of their employees as well. Thousand has made it their priority to improve equity and value diversity within their company. As of December 2020, their team is comprised of 30% women, 40% BIPOC, and 25% LGBTQIA. In 2018, they also created the Thousand Gives program to empower their team to improve our communities and donate to non-profit organizations.
