Care
Barebones Enamelware is dishwasher safe. For hand washing, soak the products in warm soapy water to help remove baked on food, but avoid using abrasive sponges or brushes as this may scratch the surface. Coating your pans in a light layer of oil before cooking can help with cleaning after use. Lemon juice can remove stains from enamelware products, such as tea stains on mugs.

A: No, the rim on the enamelware is heat-treated stainless steel which gives it a copper patina effect. This process will give a variety of tones making each rim unique.

Gear.com offers free ground shipping anywhere in the continental US for any order of $89 or more. Gear.com orders under $89 ship within the continental US for a flat rate of $8.95.
​Shipment tracking typically takes 1 - 3 business days to update. You will receive an automated shipment notification email as soon as your tracking number becomes available. If you do not receive your shipment tracking email within 1 - 3 business days be sure to check your spam or junk mail folders. Standard shipping takes approximately 3 - 7 business days. During the Holidays the estimated shipping window is extended to 7 - 10 business days.

Returns ​​

Most Gear.com orders can be returned anytime within 30 days of purchase for any reason, as long as the product is unwashed/unworn/unused, and is still in its original packaging with original tags, etc. Some exceptions apply and will be noted on the product detail page, such as items marked final sale or large items marked as oversized and do not qualify for free return shipping. For these oversized items, the customer is responsible for all return shipping fees. As long as the return meets the requirements of our 30 day return policy we will email a pre-paid return shipping label when a return request is submitted. Return Requests for oversized items will receive a return authorization number and a return address. ​To initiate a return request, please contact support@gear.com with your gear.com order number and customer name.

Manufacturing Defect/Warranty Claims ​

If you experience a manufacturing defect, or it's outside of Gear.com’s 30 day return window, please contact the manufacturer directly. Gear.com does not provide any direct warranty services, though your purchase may be covered by a brand or manufacturer warranty. If a warranty claim requires a Proof of Purchase from Gear.com, please contact support@gear.com and we'll be happy to email a copy if needed.
